Bulk Import Surveillance Data
Upload historical IDSR data as CSV. Each row becomes a surveillance report. Sign in first so the database accepts your inserts.
1. Get the template
Required columns: county, report_date (YYYY-MM-DD), plus numeric syndrome counts. Optional: report_type (Weekly / Facility / District / County), notes. County must match one of: Montserrado, Nimba, Lofa, Bong, Margibi, Grand Bassa, Grand Cape Mount, Grand Gedeh, Grand Kru, Gbarpolu, Maryland, River Cess, River Gee, Sinoe, Bomi.
